Invitation to 2023 Intex South Asia – India Edition, New Delhi

The premier international textile sourcing show, to be held on 7-9 December, 2023 in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

The 10th Intex India, held in the capital city on 8-10 December 2022, concluded on a successful note with the presence of 150+ textile manufacturers & suppliers from 8+ countries showcasing innovative, fashionable and sustainable textiles that attracted 4252 trade buyers from 22+ countries who visited the show looking to source a wide variety of textiles from India and international markets. More than 500 B2B meetings organised between the international buyers and Indian exhibitors over 3 days, which would result in boosting India’s textile exports by $650 million in the coming years. The show was endorsed by the Ministry of MSME, Government of India, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) and other leading industry bodies and associations. As you are aware, India is a key element of the global value chain being the world’s fifth-largest exporter for apparel, home and technical textile products. India now expects industry growth at 8% CAGR to reach $100 billion by 2030. This target would help India double its share of the global textile and apparel trade from the current level of 5%. As there are immense opportunities in India for manufacturing textiles and apparel, supplying innovative, fashionable and eco-friendly textiles to the domestic and export market as well as investment opportunities in textiles and apparel industry to look into, Intex South Asia platform would assist international stakeholders in promoting their textiles, connecting with key industry players and explore new business and market opportunities in India and South Asia region.

This year at Intex South Asia, they are looking forward to organise –

1) An International Exhibition – A platform to promote innovative and trendy textiles and connect with buyers from the huge domestic and export markets across India and neighbouring markets.

2) Sustainable Textiles Zone – Promoting Sustainability and Circularity in the value chain. This zone will feature eco-friendly textile products showcased by glob-al players for the fashion industry.

3) Interactive Business Forum – A knowledge sharing platform which has hosted cutting-edge industry seminars, presentations and workshops by some of the global industry experts on supply chain, innovations, global fashion trends, designs and more for the textiles and apparel industry.

4) IIF - Intex Investment Forum – Alongside the Exhibition, we are launching IIF – Intex Investment Forum, one-of-its-kind platform, which will offer investment opportunities in the textile and apparel industry to be presented across South Asia, ASEAN, Europe, MENA and Africa regions to the leading stakeholders from India, South Asia and delegates from 20+ countries and connect with them via B2B meetings across 2 days.
